Nordnet Repurchases Warrants, Issues New Shares
Nordnet AB has repurchased an additional 96,721 warrants as part of its previously announced offer. This transaction will result in the issuance of 45,267 new ordinary shares.

Nordnet AB announced the repurchase of an additional 96,721 warrants from its 2023/2026 long-term incentive plan. This move follows an initial repurchase of 273,908 warrants in May.
The transactions are part of a resolution passed at the company's Annual General Meeting on April 27, 2026. Shareholders approved an offer to repurchase outstanding warrants and settle the repurchase with newly issued ordinary shares.
As a direct consequence of the latest warrant repurchase, Nordnet will issue 45,267 new ordinary shares. These shares will be provided as payment to the warrant holders whose warrants were bought back.
The company has been executing these repurchase offers to manage its outstanding equity instruments and streamline its capital structure.
