German food discounter NORMA has received two highly favorable ratings in the March 2026 issue of consumer magazine ÖKO-TEST. The company's PFIFF pretzels and SAUBERMAX glass cleaner were both rated well.
Nuremberg – Food discounter NORMA has earned two top ratings in the March 2026 edition of the German consumer magazine ÖKO-TEST. The company's own-brand PFIFF pretzels received a "very good" score, while the SAUBERMAX glass cleaner was awarded a "good" overall rating.
The ÖKO-TEST, in its latest issue, examined 19 different types of pretzels from various supermarkets and discounters. NORMA's PFIFF pretzels were particularly praised for their ingredients, achieving a "very good" in that category. The product also stood out for its price, costing €0.69 for a 250g pack, making it one of the most affordable options tested.
In the household cleaning category, 30 different glass cleaners were evaluated. NORMA's SAUBERMAX glass cleaner secured a "good" overall rating, priced at €0.95 per liter. According to ÖKO-TEST, the cleaner's formula contains high-quality ingredients and is free from plastic compounds, promising a streak-free finish on windows.
