Novacium and GH Technologies Agree on Battery Supply in Asia
HPQ Silicon's technology partner Novacium SAS has signed a Letter of Intent with GH Technologies for the supply of GEN4 Li-ion cells and batteries in the Asian market.

HPQ Silicon Inc. announced that its French technology partner, Novacium SAS, has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) with GH Technologies Co., Ltd. The agreement covers the supply of Novacium's GEN4 lithium-ion cells and batteries to markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
The LOI, signed on May 15, 2026, at the CIBF trade fair, establishes a 36-month framework for commercial prospecting and potential distribution across multiple sectors, including light electric mobility, embedded systems, and high-energy-density electronic equipment. The Asia-Pacific region accounts for over 57% of the global demand for cylindrical lithium-ion cells.
GH Technologies CEO Jacques Shen noted that the GEN4 cells report a capacity exceeding 6,600 mAh and an energy density of 319.9 Wh/kg, and have obtained international certifications. The completion of a definitive transaction remains subject to the negotiation and execution of a purchase and sale agreement and successful technical validation by GH Technologies' customers.
HPQ Silicon holds a 36.8% equity interest in Novacium SAS and an exclusive North American license for Novacium's technologies in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The company sells GEN4 cells under its HPQ ENDURA+ trademark.
