NOVOMATIC AG hosted its seventh annual "NOVO-Company Day" at its global headquarters in Gumpoldskirchen, Lower Austria, drawing more than 1,000 employees. The event, focused on health, fitness, and safety, is part of the company's "Enjoy Working With Us" initiative aimed at fostering a supportive workplace.
The day featured a variety of activities, including medical screenings, nutrition counseling, and ergonomic assessments. Employees also participated in fitness challenges, such as e-bike test rides and basketball, alongside safety training sessions, including fire extinguisher drills and expert consultations.
The NOVOMATIC AG Group's Executive Board officially opened the event, emphasizing the link between employee health and long-term business success. Stefan Krenn, a member of the Executive Board, stated that investments in employee health and safety are a central pillar for the company's sustained performance and a motivating work environment.
Dagmar Händler, Mayor of Gumpoldskirchen, attended the event and recognized NOVOMATIC as a significant employer and economic contributor to the region. The high employee participation reinforces the Health Day's role within NOVOMATIC's corporate culture and commitment to its workforce.
