NTT DATA Business Solutions Launches Elevate AI Framework for SAP Transformations
NTT DATA Business Solutions has launched Elevate, a new AI-powered delivery framework. It combines AI-driven execution, intelligent solutions, and adoption services to accelerate SAP transformations.
Bielefeld, Germany – NTT DATA Business Solutions, a global IT service provider and SAP solutions specialist, has introduced Elevate, a new next-generation delivery framework powered by Agentic AI. The initiative aims to accelerate and enhance SAP transformations for its clients.
Elevate integrates NTT DATA's secure AI platform, NTT DATA aXet, with Natuvion's data transformation capabilities and SAP technologies, including SAP Agent-Led Toolchain and SAP Business AI Platform. The goal is to maximize client value from SAP investments and emerging AI technologies, addressing the dual pressure of modernizing ERP systems and adopting AI.

The NTT DATA aXet platform serves as the core of Elevate, unifying enterprise knowledge, delivery methodologies, and intelligent agents. It equips consultants with tools to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes at scale, automating repetitive tasks and accelerating key activities within SAP projects, including RISE with SAP transformations.
NTT DATA Business Solutions is also investing in SAP Business AI, developing its own AI-native solutions like GLASSWING for master data management and MAKIRA for document processing. The Elevate framework includes a company-wide enablement program to ensure consultants can effectively work alongside AI.
