Nubia AI Phone Receives Network Access Approval in China
Nubia's NaviX Ultra smartphone has obtained network access approval in China. Developed with ByteDance, the device features an AI agent designed to perform complex tasks across multiple applications.

Nubia's NaviX Ultra smartphone received network access approval in China on September 1 and is scheduled for release this month.
The device was developed in collaboration with ByteDance's Doubao team and will include the Doubao Phone Assistant. This approval signifies the transition from a technical preview stage to a commercial launch.
The phone is designed so that its AI agent can understand natural-language requests and execute tasks across multiple applications. The objective is to provide capabilities beyond simple conversation or content generation.
By integrating Doubao, a large language model project from ByteDance, Nubia aims to offer a more comprehensive and integrated AI experience on its new device.
