NumbersGame integrates Stripe, Square and Ramp into accounting automation platform

NumbersGame, a platform that connects AI models like Claude or ChatGPT to accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Xero, has announced new integrations with Stripe, Square, and Ramp. The update allows accounting firms and fractional CFOs to centralize financial data collection and processing into a single workflow.

The integration enables the AI to read charges, fees, and transactions directly from the connected platforms. It then prepares draft summaries and journal entries for the firm’s review. To maintain data integrity, NumbersGame utilizes a 'human-in-the-loop' design, meaning no entries are officially posted to the ledger until an accountant reviews and approves the proposed work.

Company CEO Anelya Grant noted that the goal is to reduce manual labor associated with reconciling disparate financial data sources. By automating data ingestion, firms can perform tasks like multi-entity audits and period-end closes more rapidly. The integrations are currently available to all NumbersGame customers.
