Nuremberg real estate market sees price increase in early 2026
Immowelt data indicates a consistent rise in asking prices for apartments and houses in Nuremberg during the fourth quarter of 2025.

The real estate market in Nuremberg experienced moderate price growth in the final quarter of 2025, according to a report by Immowelt. Asking prices for existing apartments increased by 2.9 percent, resulting in an average price of 3,608 euros per square meter as of January 1, 2026.
Single-family homes saw more significant activity, with prices rising by 3.9 percent during the same period to an average of 4,501 euros per square meter. Despite this upward trend, Nuremberg remains priced significantly lower than major German urban hubs such as Munich or Frankfurt, maintaining a more balanced market profile.
Surrounding areas, including Fürth, Erlangen, and Schwabach, are also reporting similar trends. Industry analysts expect this moderate growth to continue throughout 2026, as market dynamics are currently stabilized by a balance between steady demand and the financial constraints of potential buyers.
