Nurminen Logistics Board and CEO Agree on Planned CEO Transition
The Board of Directors of Nurminen Logistics Plc and CEO Olli Pohjanvirta have agreed on a planned CEO transition. Pohjanvirta will continue as CEO until December 31, 2026.
Nurminen Logistics Plc announced on Monday that its Board of Directors and CEO Olli Pohjanvirta have agreed on a planned transition of the CEO position. Pohjanvirta will continue to lead the company until December 31, 2026.
Following the transition, Pohjanvirta will serve as an advisor to the new CEO during an agreed period to ensure a controlled management handover. He will also retain his current board positions within Nurminen Logistics Plc and its subsidiary, North Rail Oy.
The transition is based on a mutual agreement. The company announced the decision on July 16, 2026.
