Nvidia Partners With YCO Cloud and Aolani on Philippines AI Project

Nvidia is partnering with Filipino digital infrastructure company YCO Cloud and Singapore-based AI infrastructure provider Aolani to develop a sovereign AI infrastructure project in the Philippines. The project is targeted for a launch in the first quarter of 2027.

The initial phase is set to include over 10,000 Nvidia Blackwell Ultra graphics processing units. The companies stated that the system will support local government agencies, Filipino businesses, and startups.

YCO Cloud positions itself as a build-to-suit hyperscale data center provider in the Philippines, while Aolani focuses on building AI infrastructure across Asia and has previously worked with Nvidia to expand AI factory infrastructure in Southeast Asia.

The project is being developed in conjunction with Science Park of the Philippines Inc., an industrial park developer in the Philippines, and is intended to utilize dedicated renewable energy. The specific site has not yet been identified, but it is expected to be one of the first deployments of Nvidia GB300 NVL72 clusters in the Philippines.
