Nykaa to Expand Quick Commerce to Over 25 Cities by FY27

Beauty and personal care company Nykaa intends to expand its quick commerce platform, Nykaa Now, to more than 25 cities by FY27, a significant increase from its current operation in 13 cities.

The company aims for 90% of orders across 19,000 pin codes to be delivered the same day or next day by FY30. "The frequency of purchases from customers who engage with Nykaa Now is increasing," stated Nykaa founder and chairman Falguni Nayar at the company's annual general meeting.

Nykaa Now promises delivery within 30 to 60 minutes, differentiating itself from competitors often offering 10-minute deliveries. Its key differentiator is a wider assortment of over 1,000 beauty and personal care brands. "We are offering the widest assortment of beauty and personal care products available amongst any of the quick commerce platforms in the country," said Anchit Nayar, CEO of beauty e-commerce at Nykaa.

While the average order value on Nykaa Now aligns with the flagship Nykaa app, fulfilling a quick commerce order is more expensive per order. Nykaa Now is also enabling the company to enter new subcategories, such as face washes and cleansers, which were not historically significant for Nykaa.

For the quarter ending June 2026, Nykaa reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 80 crore (approximately $960,000 USD), a 226% increase year-on-year. Revenue from operations rose 29% to Rs 2,782 crore.
