NYSE expands partner network for upcoming tokenized securities platform
The New York Stock Exchange has secured agreements with additional transfer agents to support its forthcoming platform for issuer-sponsored tokenized securities.
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has expanded its roster of partners for its pending tokenized securities trading venue, adding agreements with Broadridge Financial Solutions, Computershare, Equiniti, and Superstate. These firms will serve as transfer agents to facilitate the operations of issuer-sponsored tokenized assets.
These additions complement existing partnerships with Securitize and tZERO, signaling an acceleration in the exchange’s efforts to build a regulated infrastructure for tokenized trading. The platform aims to integrate blockchain-based assets into traditional exchange operations, providing institutional support for the emerging class of digital securities.
In related market activity, the NYSE highlighted Herbalife’s six percent year-over-year revenue growth for the third quarter and a 12.85 million dollar funding round for the startup Rocker. The exchange continues to coordinate these technology-focused developments alongside its daily market monitoring duties.
