Oaktree No Longer Indirectly Holds TORM plc Shares
Oaktree Capital Group Holdings GP, LLC has notified TORM plc that it no longer indirectly holds shares or voting rights in the company. Brookfield Corporation has become the ultimate controlling shareholder of Njord Luxco.

Copenhagen – Oaktree Capital Group Holdings GP, LLC (Oaktree) has informed TORM plc that it no longer indirectly holds any shares or voting rights in the Danish shipping company as of July 31, 2026. This change stems from an alteration in the ownership structure of OCM Njord Holdings S.à r.l. (Njord Luxco).
Brookfield Corporation has become the ultimate controlling shareholder of Njord Luxco as part of the transaction. However, Njord Luxco's direct ownership interest in TORM plc remains unchanged, and it continues as a significant shareholder.
The announcement was made pursuant to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Markets Act. TORM plc is a global pure-play product tanker company engaged in the transportation of refined petroleum products and other oil-based raw materials.
The company's shares are traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the tickers TRMD and TRMD A.
