O'Brien Auto Team Acquires Jack Kain Ford in Kentucky

O'Brien Auto Team has acquired Jack Kain Ford, a dealership located in Versailles, Kentucky. The transaction was facilitated by Performance Brokerage Services, a firm specializing in automotive dealership buy-sells.

The dealership was sold by Bob Kain, Vickie Kain Fister, and Pat Kain. Jack Kain Ford was established in Versailles in 1979, with its origins tracing back to 1953 when Jack Kain first entered the automotive business.

The dealership, a family-owned business for nearly seven decades, has received recognition from Ford Motor Company, including the Salute to Dealers Award in 2013, and has been noted for its customer service reviews by Reputation.com.

Performance Brokerage Services stated it is the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America, having advised on nearly 450 dealership sales over the past five years. Paul Kechnie, Mark Shackelford Sr., and Mark Shackelford Jr. served as the exclusive sell-side advisors for this transaction.
