Ockap Caviar & Cuisine Debuts $95 Miami Spice Menu in Brickell

Ockap Caviar & Cuisine has launched a new $95 menu as part of Miami Spice. Developed in collaboration with Paris-based Ducasse Conseil, the menu aims to introduce diners, including first-time caviar consumers, to the delicacy in a new context.

The Miami Spice program typically allows restaurants to offer special, fixed-price menus during the summer and early fall.

The new Ockap menu is available through the Miami Spice program, which runs from early August to late September. The initiative is designed to attract a diverse clientele by showcasing high-quality caviar through accessible and creative culinary combinations.
