In 2023, ODU Connectors' global workforce surpassed 2,700 employees, with approximately 1,500 based at its headquarters in Mühldorf am Inn. The company continues its commitment to training, with 47 new apprentices and dual students scheduled to begin their studies in September 2024.
For 2024, the company has outlined three significant investment projects. A state-of-the-art logistics center is under construction in Mühldorf am Inn, aimed at enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction. Additionally, production capacity will be expanded at its facility in Sibiu, Romania, and a technology and plant expansion is planned for Tijuana, Mexico, to bolster its presence in the North American market.
