OGC Adds Five Partners in Q2, Enhancing Industry Expertise
Outside General Counsel (OGC) has added five new partners during the second quarter of 2026, strengthening its capabilities in aerospace, consumer products, and executive compensation. The new partners bring extensive in-house legal and leadership experience.

Outside General Counsel, LLP (OGC), a national law firm, announced the addition of five new partners in the second quarter of 2026. This expansion significantly bolsters the firm's expertise across key sectors, including aerospace and defense, consumer products, healthcare, and employee benefits and executive compensation.
The new partners—Matt Griffin, Janice Gunst, Danny Lee, Jes Pendergrass, and Nick Tomlinson—collectively bring decades of experience from senior in-house legal and leadership roles. Their backgrounds span industries such as manufacturing, consumer products, healthcare, and aerospace and defense, with a focus on advising leadership teams on complex legal, operational, and strategic challenges.
OGC highlighted that the new partners' firsthand experience in executive positions provides valuable perspective for clients. "This group brings something hard to replicate—decades of experience making decisions from inside the organization, across industries where the stakes are high and the legal and business questions don't come apart cleanly," said Greg Williamson, Managing Partner at OGC. "That's exactly the kind of judgment our clients are looking for when they call us."
The new partners bring specialized expertise: Griffin focuses on consumer products law, Gunst on corporate governance and transactions, Lee on aerospace and government contracting, Pendergrass on commercial contracts and risk management, and Tomlinson on employee benefits and executive compensation. The expansion aligns with OGC's strategy to provide comprehensive, business-minded legal support derived from the perspectives of those who have held similar roles within client organizations.
