Ohas to open preventative health clinic in London in 2027
Health technology startup Ohas is set to open a £1.5 million clinic in Westbourne Grove, London, in January 2027 to focus on preventative medical services.
Founded by entrepreneur Richard Chambers and Dr. Luke Pratsides, Ohas intends to consolidate health screening, medical assessments, and ongoing treatment into a single facility. The venture aims to transition healthcare focus from reactive treatment to proactive early intervention.
The Westbourne Grove clinic, backed by a £1.5 million investment, will feature the 'Ohas Health Scan'—a diagnostic tool designed to identify physiological risks before they manifest into clinical conditions. By streamlining the path from screening to long-term monitoring, the company intends to reduce the complexity often associated with private healthcare pathways.
As the UK market for preventative health services continues to grow, Ohas joins a list of private firms attempting to leverage data and technology to manage patient health proactively. The facility is scheduled to begin operations in January 2027.
