OKEA ASA has confirmed a cash dividend payment of NOK 2.00 per share for the fourth quarter of 2026. The distribution was formally approved by the board on November 2, 2026.
Investors holding shares through the close of the market on December 1, 2026, will be eligible for the payment. The stock will trade ex-dividend starting December 2, 2026, with the record date set for December 3, 2026.
