Trondheim-based oil and gas producer OKEA ASA has published its trading update for the third quarter of 2026, reporting total operating income of $332 million. This figure shows a marginal decrease from the $334 million recorded in the second quarter of 2026 but represents a significant increase compared to the $224 million generated in the third quarter of 2025.
Energy market volatility influenced realized pricing during the period. The company reported a realized crude oil price of $96.6 per barrel, a decline from the $116.9 per barrel achieved in the second quarter of 2026, though well above the $70.6 per barrel reported in the same period last year. Meanwhile, natural gas liquids (NGL) saw a slight increase in realized pricing, reaching $58.4 per barrel compared to $55.3 in the previous quarter.
