Old World Christmas Launches Loyalty Program for Collectors
Old World Christmas launched its first loyalty program, the "Old World Christmas Collectors Club," on September 25. The program rewards collectors with points and exclusive benefits.

Old World Christmas, a company known for its hand-blown glass ornaments for 47 years, has launched its inaugural loyalty program, the "Old World Christmas Collectors Club," on September 25. The program is designed to reward the brand's dedicated collectors.
The free rewards program allows members to earn points on all purchases. Members accumulate 5 points for every dollar spent, with 100 points redeemable for $1 off. The program features three tiers: Collector, Keeper, and Legacy, with increasing point earn rates at higher levels. The entry tier offers a 5% reward, while the top Legacy tier provides a 6% reward.
In addition to purchase-based rewards, members can earn points through various engagement activities. These include joining the club, celebrating birthdays, subscribing to email and SMS notifications, and following the brand on social media. Further point-earning opportunities involve watching company videos, reading blog posts, and submitting ornament design ideas.
Old World Christmas established National Ornament Day in 2022 to celebrate its collectors. The launch of the loyalty program on this date highlights the importance of its customer base. The company has been producing ornaments in Spokane, Washington, since 1979, boasting a collection of over 2,000 unique designs.
Customers can join the program for free on the Old World Christmas website. New members receive 150 points upon signup, with points starting to accrue on subsequent purchases. The company indicated that the program will expand with more features in the future.
