Oli.P Returns to "GZSZ" After 27-Year Hiatus
Singer and actor Oli.P (Oliver Petszokat) is set to return to the soap opera "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten," where he began his career over 27 years ago.

Oliver Petszokat, known professionally as Oli.P, will return to the German soap opera "Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" (GZSZ). Petszokat, who previously portrayed Ricky Marquardt from 1998 to 1999, has filmed new scenes for the series after more than a 27-year absence.
According to broadcaster RTL, the storyline involving Petszokat is expected to span several consecutive episodes and is anticipated to bring "plenty of turmoil and emotional highlights." Petszokat himself stated in a release that returning to the production evokes "a crazy wave of nostalgia."
Oli.P rose to prominence in the late 1990s, not only as an actor but also as a pop music artist. His cover of Herbert Grönemeyer's song "Flugzeuge im Buch" reached number one in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in 1998, remaining one of the best-selling German-language singles of all time.
It has not yet been confirmed whether Petszokat will reprise his role as Ricky Marquardt or appear as a new character. The episodes featuring Oli.P are scheduled to air on RTL in autumn 2026, with early access available on RTL+ one week prior.
