OmaSp becomes part of S-Pankki – Customer service continues as before

Oma Säästöpankki (OmaSp) officially became part of the S-Pankki group on October 7, 2026. Through the acquisition, the banks' merger is progressing towards a single, unified bank.

The change does not affect OmaSp customers' daily services or require any immediate actions from them. The bank will inform its customers well in advance about any potential future changes. The online bank and payment cards will continue to function normally, and familiar experts will serve customers at OmaSp's branches and digital channels.

According to the banks, the merger creates a strong foundation for the future and enables broader development of services. OmaSp and S-Pankki aim to build the bank of the future by leveraging the strengths and expertise of both institutions.
