DECATUR, Texas – Omega Holdings announced on October 14, 2026, the acquisition of O2 COOL Manufacturing LLC, a company specializing in the manufacturing of HVAC systems.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen Omega Holdings' position in the vehicle aftermarket. O2 COOL Manufacturing's design and production expertise complements Omega Holdings' existing product portfolio. The company stated the acquisition aligns with its mission to provide customers with a broader range of HVAC systems.
O2 COOL Manufacturing, established in 2022, focuses on HVAC systems for trucks, buses, and specialty vehicles. Through this acquisition, Omega Holdings aims to enhance its U.S.-based engineering, manufacturing, and R&D capabilities across all its brands.
O2 COOL Manufacturing will continue to operate as a standalone business within the Omega Holdings group. Omega Holdings is a distributor of automotive parts serving over 3,000 customers in 85 countries.
