Omio Adds CoachRun to Platform, Expanding East Coast Bus Connectivity

Travel booking platform Omio announced a new partnership with CoachRun, an intercity bus operator serving the U.S. East Coast. The agreement, effective June 2026, expands Omio's multimodal transport offering with affordable long-distance bus connections in a key travel region.

CoachRun's network spans 17 cities across 8 states, providing over 150 daily departures that connect major metropolitan areas such as New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. with regional destinations. This integration allows users to compare bus options alongside trains, flights, and other carriers within a single search, aiming to provide greater choice and value.

The partnership builds on Omio's ongoing expansion in the North American market, following previous collaborations with bus providers like Trailways and Peter Pan Bus Lines. The company aims to enhance its multimodal network and simplify travel planning for consumers.

Omio stated that the partnership increases the range of budget-friendly options available on its platform and strengthens its coverage along the East Coast. This move is part of the company's strategy to broaden its U.S. network and offer travelers more flexibility and value.
