OMRON Corporation has announced a series of executive appointments set to take effect on March 21, 2026. These changes aim to bolster leadership across the company's various business segments.
Takehito Maeda has been appointed General Manager of the Audit & Supervisory Board Office, moving from a role in Human Resources and Risk Management within the Industrial Automation Company. Takuro Okada will assume the dual role of General Manager for the Investor Relations Department and Chief Finance Officer for the Industrial Automation Company.
Further appointments include Shinya Morita as General Manager of the IT Platform Innovation Center Division and Takahisa Tatsumi as Chief Customer Experience Officer for the Industrial Automation Company. Yasuto Ikuta has been named Chief Business Transformation & Operating Officer within the same division.
Several other key leadership roles have also been confirmed. Shinichi Hashimoto will head the Global Quality Center and the Global Procurement Quality and Logistics HQ. Yuya Tsunoda takes on the position of General Manager for the Solution Sales & Marketing Division HQ, and Norihisa Isogai will lead the Corporate R&D Strategy Division. Daisuke Mitsumoto continues as General Manager for the Sensing Technology Center Division.
The company stated these changes are part of its ongoing organizational adjustments to strengthen management and business operations globally.
