OMRON Corporation Enhances Leadership Structure for Strategic Execution
OMRON Corporation has restructured its executive team as part of its mid-term roadmap "SF 2nd Stage." The company announced the establishment of new C-suite roles to strengthen execution capabilities.

OMRON Corporation has announced a significant enhancement to its executive leadership structure, aiming to bolster execution capabilities and drive its mid-term strategy, "SF 2nd Stage." The changes, approved by the Board of Directors, will take effect on March 21, 2026.
The company is expanding its C-suite to a six-officer model, introducing new roles for Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDXO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRO), in addition to existing CFO, CTO, and CHRO positions. This revised structure redefines responsibilities to align with the strategic objectives of the "SF 2nd Stage" roadmap.
Under the new framework, OMRON is delegating greater authority to its business companies, with each CxO holding end-to-end responsibility for strategy development and execution within their domain. This is intended to accelerate decision-making at the operational level and foster greater agility in responding to market demands.
Founded in 1933, OMRON Corporation is a global leader in automation and healthcare technology, employing approximately 27,000 individuals across more than 130 countries, working to contribute to a better society.
