Oncoinvent to present Radspherin® trial data at EANM and ESMO
Oncoinvent, a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company, announced three abstracts from its Radspherin® program accepted for presentation at EANM and ESMO congresses in October and November 2026.
Oslo, Norway – September 30, 2026 – Oncoinvent, a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company developing Radspherin®, announced today that three abstracts from its Radspherin® program have been accepted for presentation at the European Association of Nuclear Medicine (EANM) Annual Congress 2026 in Vienna, Austria (October 17-21) and the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Spain (November 12-16).
Radspherin® is an alpha-emitting therapeutic agent designed to eradicate cancer cells in the abdominal cavity following surgery with a single, targeted dose. The company describes the therapy as receptor-independent.
The accepted presentations will focus on preclinical and early clinical data from the Radspherin® program. At EANM, work examining the pharmacokinetics and radiation dosimetry of Radspherin® in animal models will be presented. At ESMO, a summary of initial clinical data from a Phase I study evaluating the safety and tolerability of Radspherin® in patients with peritoneal metastases will be shared.
Oncoinvent has previously reported that its Phase I study met its primary safety endpoints. The development of Radspherin® has been supported by significant funding rounds, and the company is preparing to initiate a Phase II study.
