Ondo Finance Unit Oasis Pro Markets Gains FINRA Authorizations in U.S.
Ondo Finance's SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has secured U.S. regulatory authorizations to offer tokenized equities and funds to American investors.

NEW YORK – Ondo Finance announced that its SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has obtained U.S. regulatory authorization to offer tokenized corporate equities and funds to both U.S. financial institutions and potentially hundreds of millions of American retail investors. These authorizations, granted under SEC and FINRA oversight, permit Oasis Pro Markets to operate a compliant platform for U.S. issuers conducting primary offerings and for U.S. institutional and retail investors to engage in secondary trading of these tokenized securities.
The approvals will allow Oasis Pro Markets to provide U.S. investors with market access to tokenized National Market System (NMS) equities, fund interests such as ETFs, mutual funds, and index funds, as well as securities issued in IPOs and traded on secondary markets. Settlement for these assets can occur using fiat currencies or approved stablecoins, including direct transfers between blockchain-based wallets.
These developments build upon Ondo Finance's prior acquisition of Oasis Pro, which already possesses an SEC-registered broker-dealer, an SEC-registered alternative trading system (ATS), and an SEC-registered transfer agent. Oasis Pro's transfer agent services include on-chain capitalization table management, shareholder rights management, and cross-asset collateral mobility.
Furthermore, the authorizations enable Oasis Pro Markets to support omnibus account structures through integrations with existing broker-dealer and advisory channels. This integration aims to reduce onboarding friction, allowing institutional investors, registered investment advisers, and retirement accounts to access tokenized securities through their current brokers and facilitating broader U.S. investor participation.
