ONE Gas Appoints New Board Member
ONE Gas, Inc. has added Nickolas Stavropoulos to its board of directors, increasing the board's size from eight to nine members.

TULSA, Okla. โ July 13, 2026 โ Natural gas utility ONE Gas, Inc. (NYSE: OGS) has appointed Nickolas Stavropoulos as a new member of its board of directors, effective July 13, 2026. The addition expands the board from eight to nine members.
Stavropoulos, 68, is the retired chief operating officer for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) and National Grid, with prior experience as chief financial officer of Colonial Gas Company. He brings over 40 years of experience in the energy industry, including detailed knowledge of the U.S. natural gas sector.
"Nick brings extensive knowledge and experience to our board," said Deborah A.P. Hersman, chair of the Board of ONE Gas. "His operational and safety expertise and proven leadership capabilities will benefit our board, shareholders, and other stakeholders greatly."
Stavropoulos possesses broad experience across safety, utility operations, information technology, regulatory affairs, strategic planning, supply chain, finance, sales, and business development. He previously led a multi-billion dollar recovery and restoration effort for PG&E's natural gas system and has advocated for improved safety measures. He has also served on multiple public company and not-for-profit boards.
ONE Gas is a regulated natural gas utility serving over 2.3 million customers across Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, making it one of the largest natural gas utilities in the United States.
