One Stop Housing appoints Frankie McKinnely as head of property management
Workforce housing firm One Stop Housing has appointed Frankie McKinnely as President of its Property Management Division, effective October 19, 2026.

Sarasota-based developer and manager One Stop Housing has tapped Frankie McKinnely to lead its property management division. The appointment follows a period of significant growth for the firm, which has averaged a 20% annual increase in portfolio size over the last five years. The company currently manages approximately 4,000 apartment units and is planning to expand its footprint with several new developments in Florida.
McKinnely joins the organization with over a decade of operational experience. Previously serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at a national firm overseeing $2 billion in assets, she has held roles ranging from leasing agent to executive leadership. Her mandate at One Stop Housing includes scaling operational systems and integrating new housing units into the company’s portfolio.
Managing Partner Mark Vengroff stated that the leadership change allows him to shift focus toward capital relationships and long-term development strategies. The firm’s current pipeline includes projects such as Sarasota Station and Forest Cove of Manatee, which represent a significant increase in the company’s operational load.
