OnePlus 16 Specifications Surface Ahead of October 12 Launch
Detailed specifications for the upcoming OnePlus 16 smartphone have been revealed ahead of its official launch on October 12. The device is expected to feature a top-tier Snapdragon processor and a high-resolution display.
Chinese tech outlet IT Home has published comprehensive details about the forthcoming OnePlus 16 smartphone, slated for release on October 12. The leaks outline the device's key hardware components, including its advanced processor and display technology.
The OnePlus 16 is reportedly equipped with the "Super Supreme Edition" of the sixth-generation Snapdragon 8 processor, promising significant performance gains. It features a large 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X4 flat display with a 165Hz global high refresh rate and a 1.15mm bezel for its four edges.
The camera system includes a 50MP front-facing sensor. The rear array comprises a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom (IMX882).
Powering the device is a substantial 9000mAh battery, supported by 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. Other reported features include a large X-axis motor for haptics, dual stereo speakers, a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K durability ratings. The phone will also incorporate a USB 3.2 Gen1 port.
