oneworld appoints new Corporate Sales Manager
The global airline alliance oneworld has appointed Filip Lemmens as Corporate Sales Manager to bolster its efforts in this sector. The move signals an intent to drive significant growth in corporate sales.

The global airline alliance oneworld has appointed Filip Lemmens as Corporate Sales Manager, signaling a strategic push to expand its corporate client base. Lemmens will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies for the alliance's corporate sales products and global sales initiatives.
This appointment comes as oneworld aims for substantial growth in a sector where it has already seen strong performance, particularly in markets where rival alliances like Star and SkyTeam are prominent. The alliance generates significant revenue from its corporate customers, contributing to the overall financial benefits delivered to its member airlines.
Lemmens joined the oneworld central team two years ago, after a tenure with American Airlines in his native Belgium, where he worked in corporate sales. He holds a master's degree in economics from Antwerp University, specializing in airline alliances.
In a related move, Sarah Benjamin will expand her role to manage Global Sales and Marketing Support, taking over some of Lemmens' previous responsibilities. Both will report to Maunu von Lueders, oneworld's Vice-President Sales.
