Staffing provider Onward Search has received ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing Awards for client and talent satisfaction, marking the sixth and fifth consecutive year respectively.

The awards are presented annually to staffing firms that demonstrate exceptional service based on ratings from active clients and talent.
Onward Search earned the Best of Staffing Talent Diamond Award for the sixth consecutive year, acknowledging consistently exceptional service to candidates. The company also received the Client Satisfaction Award for the fifth time. According to ClearlyRated, Best of Staffing award winners outperform the industry average in client and talent satisfaction by 50%–60%.
The company achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 54.5% from clients, significantly higher than the industry average. On the talent side, Onward Search received a 62.3% NPS, more than double the industry average. Among talent respondents, 75% rated their satisfaction as a 9 or 10.
