ChatGPT Work is capable of automating entire workflows. For example, it can manage processes from customer research to a campaign brief and the creation of locally tailored marketing assets. However, for important actions, the tool waits for user approval, offering increased control over automation.
Additionally, the tool integrates Scheduled Tasks, an advanced version of cron jobs, which can execute repetitive tasks on a schedule or when a monitored event occurs. These tasks can continue even when the user is away and can be monitored via a mobile phone.
