OpenAI to Preview Cybersecurity Model GPT-6 Cyber Soon
OpenAI is reportedly preparing to preview its new cybersecurity-focused AI model, GPT-6 Cyber, within days. The model is expected to be unveiled at the company's developer conference.
OpenAI is reportedly planning to offer an early preview of its new cybersecurity-focused AI model, GPT-6 Cyber, in the coming days. The unveiling is anticipated to occur at the company's developer conference in San Francisco on September 29, though it could happen sooner.
The model's release will be accompanied by a new, related product designed to help customers deploy GPT-6 Cyber more securely and automatically. This marks OpenAI's fourth specialized cybersecurity model to be introduced this year.
Select customers have already gained access to GPT-6 Cyber for Alpha testing as part of OpenAI's limited "Daybreak Red" program, which provides access to the company's most advanced cybersecurity tools.
The developer conference is also expected to feature over ten other product launches from OpenAI. However, most of these upcoming releases are not related to cybersecurity, instead covering a broader range of the company's enterprise and consumer market offerings.
