Opodo publishes travel guide for the Galicia region of Spain
Online travel agency Opodo has released a travel overview of Spain’s Galicia region, highlighting historical sites and coastal natural monuments.

Travel service provider Opodo has released a series of travel recommendations for Galicia, located in the northwest of Spain. The publication outlines key attractions across the region's four provinces: A Coruña, Lugo, Ourense, and Pontevedra.
Central to the company's recommendations is Santiago de Compostela, the regional capital and end point of the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route. The report highlights the city’s historic old town, which holds UNESCO World Heritage status, as well as the contemporary Cidade da Cultura, which houses museums and cultural event spaces.
Beyond urban tourism, the guide directs travelers to the Praia das Catedrais, or "Beach of the Cathedrals." This natural landmark is recognized for its unique rock formations which become accessible to visitors primarily during low tide.
This content initiative serves as part of the company's broader effort to engage potential travelers. By offering regional insights, the platform aims to integrate travel inspiration with its core business of booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
