Chinese technology firm OPPO has officially launched its "小布 Next" program, an initiative aimed at advancing artificial intelligence (AI) research and development.
The program is seeking early adopters and users interested in cutting-edge AI technologies to explore the next form of AI. OPPO describes the initiative as a future-oriented exploration where AI capabilities could evolve from mere response generation to proactive problem-solving, leveraging comprehensive memory and continuous perception.
Participants in the co-creation program will have the opportunity to be among the first to experience these emergent AI features. OPPO also highlighted its commitment to privacy and security by emphasizing on-device processing.
Initial device support for the "小布 Next" program includes several models from OPPO's Find X series, such as the Find X9 Ultra, Find X9s Pro, Find X9, Find X9 Pro, Find X8 Ultra, Find X8 Pro, Find X8s+, Find X8s, and Find X8. Additionally, selected OnePlus devices, including the OnePlus 15, 15T, 13, and 13T, are part of the first wave of supported hardware, indicating these models will be among the first to integrate the new AI functionalities.
