Optibac Probiotics Increases Market Share Through Expanded Ad Strategy
Probiotics brand Optibac reported a 17% increase in purchasers and a 119% rise in brand searches following a digital marketing campaign executed by Luzern eCommerce and TripleLift.

Optibac Probiotics implemented a data-driven advertising strategy to reverse a decline in brand awareness and combat market saturation. By partnering with Luzern eCommerce and utilizing TripleLift’s TL Spark technology, the brand expanded its reach beyond Amazon’s native inventory to target potential customers across the open internet.
Data analysis had previously identified a gap of 6.6 million unreached consumers in the supplements category. The resulting campaign used real-time audience optimization to direct traffic down the marketing funnel. This approach led to a 17% increase in purchasers and a 119% jump in brand searches, significantly exceeding initial campaign targets.
Jen Hodgkinson, VP of Advertising and Client Strategy at Luzern eCommerce, stated that the strategy succeeded by addressing a lack of awareness rather than simply increasing ad spend on existing channels. The campaign resulted in Optibac achieving a 20.7% market share in December 2025 and won the 2026 Amazon Ads Partner Award for Full-Funnel Advertising in the EMEA region.
