Opus 2, a legal technology provider, announced on October 1, 2026, its acquisition of Bundledocs. Bundledocs specializes in cloud-built, AI-ready collaborative document bundling software, designed to simplify legal team workflows.
The acquisition, Opus 2's third in five years, is intended to solidify its market position and accelerate its product roadmap, particularly for law firms with multinational practices. The company focuses on automating manual processes within the legal sector.
Opus 2's platform, powered by its agentic AI framework Opus 2 Ingenuity, is reportedly used by a significant percentage of Am Law 50 and top global law firms. These firms collaborate on over 1,800 matters monthly through the platform.
