Oracle Adds Fusion Claw, Expands Agentic Apps to 75

Enterprise software and cloud infrastructure company Oracle announced on September 29 the launch of Oracle Fusion Claw. The product serves as a governed execution runtime for Oracle Fusion Agentic Applications, designed to automate complex business workflows.

Oracle stated that 25 new agentic applications powered by Claw are now available. This expansion brings the total number of agentic applications offered by Oracle across finance, human resources, supply chain, and sales to 75.

The software operates on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and is capable of utilizing frontier models from providers such as Google Gemini and OpenAI. It also incorporates governance controls, including approval requirements and auditable records for each operational run.

The move comes as competitors like Salesforce are also emphasizing data governance for agentic AI. Oracle's expansion aims to enhance its suite of enterprise solutions by providing more automated and controlled AI capabilities.
