OrangePi introduces Zero 3W Pro single-board computer with RK3576 chip
OrangePi has expanded its lineup of compact single-board computers with the Zero 3W Pro, featuring the Rockchip RK3576 processor.
OrangePi has announced the release of the Zero 3W Pro, a compact single-board computer (SBC) measuring 65mm by 30mm. The device is powered by the Rockchip RK3576 processor, marking an attempt to provide midrange performance within a minimal physical footprint.
The hardware supports up to 16GB of LPDDR memory, with storage options including eMMC, UFS, or microSD card slots. It includes support for PCIe and SATA expansion but notably lacks an RJ-45 Ethernet port. Wireless connectivity is provided via integrated Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 modules.
According to technical specifications, the integration of an NPU and VPU allows for local video decoding and lightweight AI inferencing tasks. Additional connectivity features include Mini HDMI, MIPI-CSI and DSI interfaces, a 40-pin GPIO header, and a USB-C port supporting DisplayPort 1.4.
