OrangeTee & Tie Rebrands in Singapore
Singapore-based real estate agency OrangeTee & Tie has completed a significant brand overhaul, marking a new strategic direction focused on technology and client experience.

Singaporean proptech agency OrangeTee & Tie has finalized its first major brand transformation since its establishment in 2000. The refreshed logo is now prominently displayed at its headquarters, symbolizing the company's forward-looking vision.
This rebranding initiative, launched in March 2024 and culminating in October, signifies more than a visual update. OrangeTee aims to position itself as a positive force within the real estate industry, emphasizing innovation and social responsibility. The agency intends to enhance both client and agent experiences through technology and transparency.
The company is shifting its focus from facilitating transactions to empowering agents as "trusted advisors." OrangeTee agents are expected to provide a holistic approach, offering expert insights beyond property listings and transaction services to build lasting relationships based on knowledge and integrity.
CEO Justin Quek stated the rebranding reflects the company's mission to make real estate simpler and more accessible. To incentivize its advisors, OrangeTee is offering 100% commission on new launch projects for the next nine months.
OrangeTee is also investing in research and AI. A new research hub has been unveiled to provide comprehensive market insights through interactive tools. Additionally, a next-generation CRM system, AMOS, is under development, leveraging AI for enhanced client relationship management.
