Salta, Argentina – Orestone Mining Corp. has expanded its Francisca Gold-Silver Project in northwestern Argentina's Salta Province to 23 square kilometers by acquiring the Francisca II concession and purchasing historical geophysical survey data. The project area is located approximately 80 kilometers northwest of Salta city.

The mineralized trend now covers a northwest strike length of 1,500 meters, identified as part of a larger gold-silver system. Geophysical surveys have defined a 1,700-meter-long by 500-700 meter-wide Induced Polarization (IP) anomaly, suggesting potential for a larger buried mineralized body. The company acquired historical IP, resistivity, and magnetic survey results for a nominal cost, covering portions of the existing and new land package.

The newly acquired Francisca II concession, comprising 14.40 square kilometers, significantly increases the company's land position. Previous exploration on the property has yielded encouraging results, with assay results from trenches T7 and T8 confirming a robust gold-silver mineralized stockwork system.

CEO David Hottman stated that the new concession and geophysical data will aid in defining drill targets. Orestone is currently preparing for a Phase I drilling program to further delineate the project's potential.
