Oriola and Takeda Expand Nordic Partnership in Finland
Oriola will begin distributing Takeda's product portfolio in Finland from October 1st. The expanded agreement deepens the long-standing Nordic cooperation between the companies.
Oriola Corporation has agreed to expand its partnership with Japanese pharmaceutical company Takeda. Oriola will commence the distribution of Takeda's medicines in the Finnish market starting October 1st.
The new distribution agreement covers Takeda's entire product portfolio in Finland. Oriola has a long history of collaboration with Takeda in the Nordic region, having distributed Takeda's products in Sweden for over a decade. The companies have also cooperated through Oriola's advisory services.
The agreement is said to reflect Takeda's confidence in Oriola's customer-centric approach and its ability to combine operational quality with flexibility and close collaboration. Oriola has previously outlined a strategy focusing on strengthening its distribution and pharmacy services within the healthcare sector.
