Orlando Theme Parks Announce Holiday Event Schedule
Visit Orlando has outlined the upcoming holiday season programming for the region’s theme parks and attractions, beginning in November.
Major Orlando theme parks, including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, are preparing for the holiday season with a series of scheduled events starting this November. The programming includes seasonal parades, light displays, and specialized performance shows that will run through early January 2027.
Visit Orlando CEO Casandra Matej stated that the region's holiday offerings are designed to cater to a diverse range of visitors, from families to groups. To support tourism efforts, the organization has deployed an AI-driven trip planning tool, OPAL, which helps visitors organize itineraries and access promotional offers.
Orlando continues to maintain a position as a destination for warm-weather winter travel. The current event schedule serves as a core component of the regional strategy to maintain visitor interest throughout the peak holiday travel season.
