ORSNN Names Leaders in Product, Technology, and Credit Unions

Seattle – ORSNN, an electronic trading platform for institutional whole loan markets, has announced key appointments aimed at simplifying the evaluation of loan data. Aaron Khoo has been named Chief Product Officer, Werner Koepf has been appointed Chief Technology Officer, and Ken Plank has joined as Senior Advisor, Credit Unions.

The new roles unify expertise in product, engineering, and credit union lending towards the objective of making loan data easier to evaluate, coordinating diligence processes, and improving the reliability of transaction workflows for banks, credit unions, and institutional investors.

"Khoo will lead product strategy and prioritization, focusing on digitizing loan sale workflows and ensuring security, compliance, and data fidelity in product requirements. Koepf will concentrate on technology strategy and engineering execution, including platform architecture, infrastructure, security, and reliability. Plank will advise on the lending and portfolio needs of credit unions," stated Sean Banerjee, CEO of ORSNN.

These appointments build upon ORSNN's existing platform activity. The platform has supported $3 billion in loan offering volume, and the company completed its SOC 2 Type I examination in the second quarter of 2026. ORSNN is also nearing the completion of a capital raise to fund continued product development, engineering execution, and expansion into new markets.
