Australian medical technology company Orthocell reported October 2026 U.S. sales for its Remplir collagen nerve wrap, reaching 92 units sold and generating AU$279,000 in revenue. This performance represents an 84% increase compared to the average of 50 units sold per month during the first quarter of the 2027 fiscal year.

The company attributes this growth to broader adoption among surgeons, increased repeat utilization of the device, an expanded network of distributors, and improved access to U.S. hospital systems. Remplir, an FDA-cleared device designed to assist in peripheral nerve repair, has been the focus of a commercial strategy aimed at converting regulatory approvals into clinical use.

CEO Paul Anderson noted that the infrastructure investments made over the past year are now translating into tangible revenue. The company maintains its focus on expanding hospital access and increasing surgeon familiarity to sustain commercial growth in the U.S. market.
