Orvana Minerals Begins Production from Oxide Stockpile in Bolivia

Orvana Minerals Corp. has announced its third-quarter fiscal year 2026 production results and provided an update on the Oxides Stockpile Project at its Don Mario operation in Bolivia. The company expects to begin processing oxide ore in the coming days after completing all necessary preparations.

Logistics disruptions in Bolivia during the third quarter delayed the original startup schedule for the Oxides Stockpile Project (OSP). Consequently, no production was recorded at the EMIPA facility during the quarter, leaving Orvana's Spanish operation, Orovalle, as the sole producing asset. By July 2026, all preparations for commencing oxide ore processing at the Bolivian EMIPA facility were finalized.

Orovalle produced 9,656 ounces of gold, 0.64 million pounds of copper, and 19,487 ounces of silver in the third quarter. The company remains on track to meet its fiscal year 2026 production guidance for the Spanish operation. The quarter-over-quarter increase in gold production was attributed to higher head grade and increased processed tonnage.

Orvana expects to provide revised guidance for the EMIPA facility in Bolivia later. The company anticipates that the initiation of continuous production from both its Bolivia and Spain operations will position Orvana for increased shareholder value in the future.
