OSCP Launches NavigationGate for Signal-Loss Navigation

Montreal-based OSCP has launched NavigationGate, a new inertial navigation system intended for platforms that experience satellite signal loss.

The system transforms the company's inertial measurement units (IMUs) into a fully functional inertial navigation system (INS). Sensor fusion is performed directly on the device's onboard circuit, ensuring efficient operation.

Pre-orders for the first production batch are currently being accepted. This technology aims to provide continuous positioning for vehicles, vessels, or aircraft in environments where GPS signals may be compromised, such as tunnels or dense urban areas.

NavigationGate offers a potential enhancement for navigation systems where reliability and uninterrupted function are critical.
